Here some pictures about Resistance Fighters. I will try to put the Resistance Fighters in the mod. They say the allieds doesn't need the Resistance Fighters to win the war and Resistance Fighters have just make the life for the civilian bether. However i think this is not true. Civilians are been shot down because actions by Resistance Fighters, and allieds can indeed win the war without Resistance Fighters but the Resistance Fighters have help war faster to his end. LIke you have maybe see the wondefull Norway Resistance Fighters movie "A Men of War" where Max Manus and his team blow up ships with troops and weaponry? And much more..... Please, feel free to answer the Poll. You want the Resistance Fighters in FHSW and how? Below some pictures (feel free to add them to) from Resistance Fighters. Any historical battle you know between Resistance Fighters and the enemy, please add it here!

French Resistance Fighters using German Mauser, German MP40 and another unknow weapon (but i think Berthier carbine) in Civilian clothes. One of them use the French Model 1926 helmet.

This is another picture from a model box. Nice colour example how they look. They use a Sten mp and Vickers mg. Possible the P38 or Luger from the German will indeed also be use..... he will shot down.

This should be also French. Unknow MP...

French with German Mausers

The EAM, a Greece National Liberation Front group. They should have fights in Greece against the British because the British want to bring the King back! This lead to a Civilian war after WW2.

Unknow group but i think Norway??? They using weapons like this Sub. PPS???

And this one is my favorite! Belgian Resistance Forces using a German Marder I tank! Not the Marder II...... but it can be a nice idea to ask FH2 to share the Marder I from the FH2 mod ^^.

And more can be follow later!

French Resistant... It's sounds at least funny in case of no word about Polish Resistance:

Armia Krajowa:

It it "Wacek", Panther captured by Polish Fighers during Warsaw Uprising

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Armia_Krajowa

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Arsenal
http://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Akcja_Kutschera
http://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Akcja_G%C3%B3ral <--- Unfortunately only Polish version, but most spectacular: unit of Armia Krajowa 'borrow' about 100 mln złotych from Reichsbank.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Witold_Pilecki and http://www.theatlantic.com/international/archive/2012/10/the-man-who-volunteered-for-auschwitz/263083/ <--- I really recomend this biography, great story for a movie

Narodowe Siły Zbrojne:

Związek Walki Zbrojnej:

Służba Zwycięstwu Polski
http://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/S%C5%82u%C5%BCba_Zwyci%C4%99stwu_Polski

Narodowa Organizacja Wojskowa:
http://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Narodowa_Organizacja_Wojskowa

Also against Soviet occupation after War:
http://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/NIE

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polish_resistance_movement_in_World_War_II

etc etc...

This night is too short to describe all of Polish Resistance Units.

Via Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Collaboration_with_the_Axis_Powers_during_World_War_II#Poland

Unlike in most European countries occupied by Nazi Germany—where the Germans sought and found true collaborators among the locals—in occupied Poland there was no official collaboration either at the political or at the economic level.[54][55] Poland also never officially surrendered to the Germans.[56] Under German occupation, the Polish army continued to fight underground, as Armia Krajowa and forest partisans – Leśni. The Polish resistance movement in World War II in German-occupied Poland was the largest resistance movement in all of occupied Europe.[57] As a result, Polish citizens were unlikely to be given positions of any significant authority.[54][55] The vast majority of the pre-war citizenry collaborating with the Nazis was the German minority in Poland which was offered one of several possible grades of the German citizenship.[58]

So, at all, I think this is good idea smile

I think the machinepistol that you see here is an early predecessor to the CZ Model 25, I don't know the exact name for it though.

I'm pretty sure that those machinepistols are Konepistooli M44's, Finnish weapons. Interesting thing about those is that they could use 71-round Suomi drum magazines. shades
