    Cool flyer!
I wonder if those pictures were from some WWII movies?
Because I can't imagine that in the 30s and 40s such techniques in photography were possible (look at the quality of these photos, it's quite good).

actually by then cameras had come along way, especially for still photos, youd be surprised by the level of detail in some real ww2 photos. and its always possible to add colour digitally nowadays, or to sharpen or add filters to images... photoshop is king...

But that's not the final map list for the event, or is it? Seems a bit excessive.

I just found out recently that there exist very detailed photos even from long before WW2 (~1910): http://www.gridenko.com/pg

@Death: When we start our event at 8 pm, yes, we can skip 2-4 maps i guess. In this case, I would just skip the last four (Kasserine pass 1943, Battle of mareth line, Bizerte, Tunis 1943). Those four maps could be a single event with the name "The End in North Africa"... just thinking...

I guess and maybe we can combine it with an invasion of italy map.
since 4 maps isn't that much for an event. call it? uhm

    "THE MEDITERRANEAN WAR"

the greek maps should be also chosen for a mediterranean event.
    Another idea:
    What about a
    CTF event?
    TDM event?
    or objective mode?

@Death: lol first its too much maps, and now not enough. We got 12 African maps, we do not need Italy as well...or Greece.
